After Chris allegedly punched Frank in a brawl over a parking spot at a recording studio, the reported victim in the scuffle is looking to pursue charges against Breezy — who also faces prosecution for violating his probation.
Chris Brown is still serving a five-year probation sentence stemming from his 2009 attack on girlfriend Rihanna, so the parking lot fight he got in to with R&B singer Frank Ocean on Jan. 27 means more legal trouble for the hot-tempered star. To make matters worse for Breezy, Frank is also looking to press charges of his own.
"He's desirous of prosecution," Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department spokesman Steve Whitmore told the New York Daily News.

Chris was heard yelling, "f**k y'all gay a** n****s” during the brawl, a source tells HollywoodLife.com. Frank, 25, is openly gay.
"Yeah, Chris' car or whatever car he was rolling in was in a reserved spot," the source says. "But no one was blocking him and security told him he couldn't park there and that's when some fool from his crew got wild and started acting crazy and tripping out on everybody. It was just crazy because they know better but they are so hood and it makes no sense. It's sad."
Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department Releases Statement On Chris Brown & Frank Ocean Brawl
"West Hollywood Station deputies are investigating allegations that Chris Brown assaulted an unnamed victim. Deputies responded to a call of six males fighting at the 7200 block of Santa Monica Boulevard, West Hollywood. Upon their arrival, deputies talked to witnesses who stated that Chris Brown and the victim were involved in an altercation over a parking space. The altercation allegedly led to Chris Brown punching the victim. After a brief fight, the parties were separated. Chris Brown and his entourage left the location prior to the arrival of deputies. The investigation is on-going and investigators will contact Chris Brown at a later time,” the statement reads.
