Chris Brown in Paris on Dec. 9! Earlier reports suggest that Chris' ex
Karrueche Tran was in Paris, partying with the "W.T.F.I.M.L." singer on Dec. 7, however, it may have been business related. Either way, Rihanna used Twitter to claim Breezy as her man, mentioning Paris and her engagement in some "risky business."
