Justin Bieber Announces 30 More 'Believe' Tour Dates In 2013 Dec 10th 2012, 14:31 Justin Bieber loves to make his fans happy and that's exactly what he did on Dec. 10 as he announced 30 more tour dates for 2013! See the additional cities and dates below! Justin Bieber has been touring the country since September on his sold-out BELIEVE tour, and today, Dec. 10, Justin announced even more North American tour dates -- through next August! We can't wait! Starting in February, Justin will be touring Europe, including the UK, Spain and France. In May, he will move to Dubai and South Africa, where his manager Scooter Braun tweeted that he's already sold out an almost 100,000 seat stadium!
