How scary. Olympic skiier Lindsey Vonn was rushed to the hospital in Austria on Feb. 5 after a horrific crash.

Lindsey Vonn lost her balance after landing awkwardly from a jump during the Alpine World Championships in Schladming, Austria on Feb. 5. She was airlifted to a nearby hospital for further evaluation.

Lindsey, 28, lost her ski and skid into a gate during her fall, according to TMZ. She was evaluated by doctors for more than ten minutes on the slope before she was loaded on to a helicopter.

According to the report, doctors believe that Lindsey suffered a tibial plateau fracture (a break in the shinbone).

What Will Tiger Woods Think?

What will Tiger Woods think? The two are dating, a source tells HollywoodLife.com. Our source tells us that Vonn is teaching Tiger's two children, Sam, 5, and Charlie, 2, how to ski. The sports superstars have been dating since November and have spent time together in Antigua and Salzburg, Austria.

However, Lindsey denied the claims. "We are just friends," Lindsay told the Denver Post after winning her second World Cup downhill at Lake Louise, Alberta. "My brother was the ski instructor for his kids this November in Vail. Guessing that's where [the initial report] came from."

We hope Lindsey can recover quickly! We all have her in our thoughts at HollywoodLife.com.
