During the interview, Kim’s manicurist runs to the drugstore for a new shade of polish. Kim starting painting her toe nails herself! “I used to have to do this myself all the time, manicures and whatnot. I actually like it. In the sultry shoot, Kim’s wet hair is slicked back in a few pool shots, then later braided to the side and adorned with pretty flowers.
