Katy Perry wore a tangerine halter gown to the MusiCares Person Of The Year Honoring Bruce Springsteen at the L.A. Convention Center on Feb. 8, putting her sideboob on full display! Katy is certainly not adhering to CBS’ wardrobe advisory for the Grammy Awards.

"Please be sure that buttocks and female breasts are adequately covered. Thong type costumes are problematic. Please avoid exposing bare fleshy under curves of the buttocks and buttock crack. Bare sides or under curvature of the breasts is also problematic," CBS’ e-mail reads, which was sent out to all attendees.
"Please avoid sheer see-through clothing that could possibly expose female breast nipples. Please be sure the genital region is adequately covered so that there is no visible "puffy" bare skin exposure," it continues.

Katy went to the MusiCares Gala solo. She’s been dating John Mayer on and off since June of 2012, but the “Teenage Dream” singer apparently decided to go the night solo. Will she do the same at the Grammys?
