As much as we loved the short-lived “Haylor,” Taylor Swift, 23, and Harry Styles, 18, couldn’t make it work. The singing duo broke up during a romantic island getaway to Virgin Gorda. A new report claims that Taylor just couldn’t trust Harry, and that the age difference was causing a big issue with lifestyle choices.
“Taylor’s trust issues contributed towards their Error: Break shortcode syntax invalid argument. She says she couldn’t cope with all the attention Harry gets from fans, and the fact he is a massive flirt with girls,” a source spills to STAR, a British magazine.
Long Distance Wasn’t Going To Work

She probably shouldn’t have been surprised by this, since her song “I Knew You Were Trouble,” which is about Harry, goes, “And I heard you moved on / From whispers on the street / A new notch in your belt / Is all I’ll ever be.”
The source continues, “She thinks he’s just too young to settle down and is having too much fun playing the field.”
“Taylor was also sick of getting nasty tweets from his fans about how they shouldn’t be together.”
