Kevin Clash is facing
yet another lawsuit after an alleged victim, who filed under the name
John Doe, is claiming he had sex with the
Sesame Street puppeteer when he was underage.
The accuser filed a lawsuit in a federal New York court, and is claiming he first met Kevin in Miami Beach in 1995 or 1996 when he was just 16 or 17, according to TMZ. Kevin was in his 30s at the time. John Doe also alleges that Kevin flew him out to New York City, and gave him money as well as a place to stay -- and the two had sex several times during the trip. The lawsuit also states that the accuser suffered tremendous "emotional, mental and psychological damage" because of the relationship. "According to our lawsuit, Kevin Clash knowingly paid to transport a minor across state lines for the purpose of satisfying his sexual interests," John Doe's lawyer
Jeff Herman told TMZ.
