President Barack Obama visited the community of Newtown, Connecticut on Dec. 16, where he promised to make changes in our country after 26 people, including 20 children, were tragically killed in a mass shooting at
Sandy Hook Elementary School on Dec. 14.
The President of the United States started his monumental speech with a few religious scriptures and soon offered his love and support to those who lost a loved on on Dec. 14. Barack explained that he knew he could not offer much that would fill the holes in the hearts of those who lost a child, a friend, a niece, a nephew. Instead, he gave hope for change.
