This is it, folks — the end of an era, as the last ever episode of
Gossip Girl will airs at 8 p.m. tonight on The CW! And what can we expect? A wedding, a funeral and the revelation that we've been waiting six long seasons for: We will
finally know who Gossip Girl! (And my bet remains firmly on Dorota.) The series finale opens with the aftermath of Bart Bass' death, as Blair (
Leighton Meester) and Chuck (
Ed Westwick) realize that Chuck's implication in his father's demise may have devastating consequences for their relationship.
So Chuck asks Blair to marry him! But no wedding on
Gossip Girl ever runs smoothly, and their Central Park nuptials are cut short when the cops arrive to arrest Chuck. Will Chair get its happily-ever-after? As for Serena (
Blake Lively) and Dan (
Penn Badgley), the blonde bombshell realizes she can't go to Los Angeles without knowing how Dan truly feels. (Hm... Hasn't this happened before?) Regardless, it looks
