
The 'Modern Family' star and her mom have come to a settlement in the 14-year-old's guardianship case -- and Chrystal Workman will be stripped of all of custodial rights of her daughter.

removed from her mom's home on Oct. 3 following emotional and physical abuse allegations. But on Dec. 12, the mother and daughter are finally set to reach a settlement in court, TMZ is reporting.
A hearing for the guardianship case is scheduled for Dec. 12, and attorneys for both Ariel and Chrystal have been working out the details beforehand, according to TMZ. According to the site, Chrystal will be stripped almost entirely of her custodial rights, and Ariel's older sister
Shanelle Gray will be her permanent legal guardian. "They're stripping everything from me," Chrystal said while waiting outside the California courtroom where the hearing is taking place, a source told TMZ.
