The Real Reason Chris Brown Canceled His Guyana Concert Nov 23rd 2012, 20:41 Numerous reports claimed that the singer had to cancel his concert because of protestors in Guyana -- but Chris is saying don't believe the hype! Chris Brown is denying claims that he cancelled an upcoming concert in Gunaya due to women's rights protesters who were giving him a hard time for his 2009 assault on Rihanna.  The singer took to Twitter to tell his fans that despite claims that he backed out of his concert, it's totally not true! Chris tweeted a link to an E! News article in which his rep gave the below comments: "This concert was never confirmed. The promoter is being untruthful."
