Chris and Drake will not face any criminal charges stemming from their alleged involvement in a NYC nightclub brawl this summer on June 14 at W.i.P.
According to a new report, there isn't enough evidence to move forward
with the case, so no charges will be pressed against
Chris Brown or
Drake.
Investigation into the
brawl at W.I.P nightclub on June 14, where bottles were thrown, has concluded and no criminal charges will be made against Chris, Drake of any member of their entourages, according to TMZ. The surveillance footage in the club was allegedly deemed useless because it was extremely dark and blurry during the fight. If you recall, Chris suffered injuries to his face from a flying bottle that was allegedly thrown from Drake's table. Bodyguards and random clubgoers, including NBA player Tony Parker, were also injured in the bottle-throwing melee. (Tony is currently suing the club for $20 million.) Drake's lawyer
Blair Berk tells TMZ, "Drake was never even a suspect so it's no surprise." What do YOU think,
HollywoodLifers? Who deserved blame?
