When Robert Pattinson left for Australia to begin filming his new movie The Rover, he told Kristen Stewart that he wanted a “trial separation” during his time away — meaning the two wouldn’t talk or see each other for the duration. Kristen, 23, agreed, but she hasn’t been a fan of the lack of communication. She’s taken matters into her own hands and sent Rob, 26, a detailed love letter! A source close to the couple tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively, “Kristen wrote a long letter…explaining her love to Rob. Even if he can’t forgive her, he should know that she is closer to him than anyone else could ever be.” Kristen Stewart Nixed Her Trip Down Under As previously reported, an insider revealed to us that Kristen was planning on taking a trip down under to visit Rob, since he wasn’t taking her calls. “Kristen is desperate to get out to Australia because she misses Rob," our source told us. "But he's being ambivalent about the whole thing." "It seems like she's going to fly out there, despite the fact that he has cut their communication down a lot," our insider continued.
