Watch Stefan & Caroline’s attempt — unsuccessfully, duh! — to eliminate their new threat.
Rebekah (Claire Holt) is back — and she’s pissed! The Jan. 17 episode of The Vampire Diaries features the return of the Mikaelson family’s blonde bombshell, and in this action-packed new clip, she sets her sights — and her fangs — on Stefan (Paul Wesley). The former lovers find themselves locked in an intense battle in the middle of the hallway; and it’s all about “the cure.” Gulp!
In the clip, Stefan and Caroline (Candice Accola) plot to distract Rebekah before staking her, but their plan goes horribly awry when Rebekah gets the upper hand.
The episode finds Elena (Nina Dobrev) revealing a “bombshell piece of information,” following Barbie Klaus’ “unexpected” return to town. And the last thing this show needs is more bombs going off!
Are Stefan & Rebekah Getting Back Together?
Stefan and Rebekah may be at each other’s throats in this clip, but on the Jan. 31 episode, it sounds more like they’re going to be in each other’s arms!
According to The CW’s official description for that episode, Rebekah is “disappointed” when Mystic Falls High’s annual Decade Dance is canceled, so Stefan “finds a charming way to make it up to her.”
Um… I know Stefan and Rebekah used to date, but if Stefan actually gets back with her, I’m going to have to start questioning his sanity. Even more than I already do.
