Why does Howard Stern have to be such a bully towards women and their bodies? It’s not like he’s anything worth looking at! Prior to Lena Dunham winning big at The Golden Globe Awards on Jan. 13, the so-called jokester called the Girls creator and star “a little fat chick.” Now he’s sucking up to her!
Last week, on his radio show, Howard ripped on the actress saying Lena was, “a little fat girl who kinda looks like Jonah Hill, and she keeps taking her clothes off, and it kind of feels like rape.”
“I learned that this little fat chick writes the show and directs the show and that makes sense to me because she’s such a camera hog that the other characters barely are on,” Howard said.
“My opinion, if I was a producer on that, I’d say, ‘Honey, you’re a little too close to the project. You need to allow the other characters to breathe a little and let us get invested in them,’” Howard added.
“Good for her. It’s hard for little fat chicks to get anything going.”
Now the classless America’s Got Talent judge is kissing Lena’s derriere — why? Because she’s the new “it” girl, after bringing home not one, but two Golden Globe Awards: Best Actress in a Comedy and Best Comedy for Girls.
Howard Stern Apologizes To Lena Dunham … Sort Of
On Monday, Jan.14, just one day after the awards show, Howard had his producer call Lena and apologize and explain how much he loves her show. Was he was so ashamed that he couldn’t pick up the phone himself and make the call?
Howard later said on his radio show, “It makes me feel bad, and I think she is getting the impression that I somehow think she's just a talentless little fat chick.” For some reason, that comment doesn’t feel apologetic at all.
Lena, who is over two decades younger than Howard, but two decades more mature, responded to Howard while appearing on the Late Show with David Letterman:
“I want my gravestone to say, ‘she was a little fat chick and she got it going.’”
