DC United and United Builds is doing a great thing right now. Its their annual 10 Days of Giving initiative this week at the Capital Area Food Bank. The group of 15 volunteers from D.C. United spent three hours sorting through donated food at the CAFB’s DC warehouse. Donated food items are inspected for quality and then sorted into bins to be distributed or to be repackaged into more manageable sizes for the various agencies who receive packages from CAFB.
