
A concerned Will stayed by his wife's bedside again on Dec. 4 while she continued to recieve medical care for the complications she is suffering from acute morning sickness -- but he says she is feeling better.

again at King Edward VII Hospital, just a day after the royal couple made the exciting announcement that they are expecting their first child. William said in a statement that Kate is "continuing to feel better."
The dad-to-be left the hospital on Dec. 4, smiling and in good spirits after visiting the Duchess of Cambridge for a few hours. The couple is also "immensely grateful for the good wishes they have received," according to the statement read by the St. James's Palace spokesman. Catherine will also continue to stay in the hospital for a few more days, and continue to be treated for hyperemesis gravidarum. Prince William is such a doting husband!
