bout of morning sickness (Hyperemesis Gravidarum). We hope she's okay!
Luckily, Kate, 30, does not need another visit to the hospital yet, but
Prince William is not taking any chances and has cancelled his appearance at the British Military Tournament in Earls' Court for Dec. 9. "It is well known that Hyperemesis Gravidarum often recurs," a St. James Palace spokesman tells
Us Weekly. "Until further notice, to allow the Duchess a degree of privacy during her pregnancy, we do not intend to offer regular condition checks or advise of routine developments." Hyperemesis Gravidarum is a rare condition that affects .03 to 1 percent of pregnant women, and consists of symptoms such as severe nausea, vomiting, weight loss, dehydration, lightheadedness and fainting.
