Nick Lachey Did Not Choke The Chargers Fan & Is 'Very Upset' Over Allegations Dec 4th 2012, 21:05 Nick was accused by a fan during the Dec. 3 football game against the Cincinatti Bengals of screaming profanities at a man's wife and then choking him but HollywoodLife.com spoke to an eyewitness who says this couldn't be further from the truth! Nick Lachey doesn't have a temper after all. HollywoodLife.com can tell you that the reality star was simply enjoying a football game with his buddies, and that the man in front of him seemed intoxicated and was the one getting in Nick's face. "Nick's group was sitting around Chargers fans and they were all talking having a good time," the eyewitness tells us. "They were talking 'friendly trash' about the teams. Nick even posed with one of the kids of the fans. Then late in the game, the Charger fan was completely wasted and wanted to make a scene and starting pointing his finger in Nick's face." The insider goes on to say that the wife then chimed in and started dissing Nick's band 98 Degrees.
