Queen Elizabeth II and
Prince Charles during a prank call to
Kate Middleton's hospital room on December 4 -- they were patched through by Jacintha. Two days after the incident, Jacintha was found dead from a suspected suicide.
"I am devastated with the tragic loss of my beloved wife Jacintha in tragic circumstances," Benedict, 49, an NHS accountant, said on his Facebook page. The couple's 14-year-old daughter

The Prank Call Backstory
The DJs spoke to Kate's private nurse at King Edward VII Hospital and were given actual information on
Kate's hyperemesis gravidarum condition. During the phone call, you can hear DJ Mel posing as
Queen Elizabeth II saying, "Hello, I'm just looking after my granddaughter, Kate. I wanted to see how her little tummy bug is going." It's unclear exactly what the nurse told
