Gwyneth Paltrow: 'My Marriage Can Be Challenging' — Spends Anniversary Alone Dec 6th 2012, 19:43 The 40-year-old actress had to spend her ninth wedding anniversary without her Coldplay frontman hubby Chris Martin -- do you think that's sad? Gwyneth Paltrow is a friend first and wife second to her husband Chris Martin. The actress tells InStyle that being married to Chris, 35, isn't the easiest thing.
