Few things remain secret for long in the hallowed halls of Seattle Grace Mercy West, so you know it's only a matter of time before
everyone finds out that Meredith (
Ellen Pompeo) and Derek (

Grey's Anatomy episode ended with Meredith telling Derek she's three months pregnant, but there's one more person she needs to clue in — and I do mean
person. "In that one scene we shot she seems genuinely happy," Ellen tells TVLine of how Cristina (
Sandra Oh) takes the news. "We haven't filmed any scenes yet where we discuss it. She actually figures it out on her own [before that], because she sees me eating, and [realizes] my boobs got big — which is funny because, obviously, my boobs didn't get bigger."
