
It was a very somber day around the world on December 14 as 27 people were left dead following an elementary school shooting in Connecticut -- and now some of Hollywood's A-Listers are calling for stricter gun control.

Mark Ruffalo are just a handful of celebrities who took to Twitter, calling for stricter gun control laws following the death of 27 people who were
shot at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newton, CT. The shooter, identified as
Adam Lanza, began shooting at the school after 9:40 AM resulting in 27 deaths, 20 of which were children, according to CBS News.
