Lindsay Lohan Charged With Lying To Police — Headed Back To Jail? Dec 5th 2001, 00:00 On the very same day that Lindsay was arrested for allegedly hitting a woman in the face at an NYC night club, Santa Monica police charged Lilo with three misdemeanors for a car accident six months ago! Just when you thought Lindsay Lohan has hit rock bottom, it got worse. The actress is in a legal hell right now. People is reporting that Santa Monica prosecutors are charging Lindsay with three misdemeanors for lying to police after a car crash six months ago when she claimed to not be the one behind the wheel, but she was.
